Why Boxerfit ? Boxerfit combines elements of boxing, muscular strength training, endurance training and cardiovascular training in one session. Classes are mixed, not just in terms of male and female, also in terms of ability. The ultra fit athlete and unfit (but healthy) person train together in one fitness session. The exercises are color coded, meaning that fitness levels are challenged and improving with each session. The session elements are ideal for: – high performance and/or professional athletes who need the ultimate fitness workout – athletes who are looking to enhance their fitness, strength or stamina for a specific sport, or – people wanting to lose weight, or to tone up and try something different in a social setting. |
