You get Nutrition Success ebook, Nutrifit diary plus Dr Nick Kimber from NutriFit will join us after the first and last sessions of the bootcamp for a 30 min discussion, valued at over $55.   Take action and learn how to get your nutrition sorted, each week you'll have a goal to achieve and will need to track what you eat.  The aim is to provide you with the tools to understand how to improve your nutrition.


Book and pay by 6th February for $135, after this date it will be $165.

As with any training / fitness session consult with your physician before taking part in any exercise program.

payments must be made prior to start of bootcamp and are none refundable.  Although they can be swapped to other sessions, providing there is a valid reason. If you fail to attend any sessions, they will be lost. Please give as much notice of any cancellation as possible, so we can arrange an alternative for you. prior to booking
